Hey Pluff,
Well the good news is you've made some pretty good choices for reef safe fish. The bad news is you've chosen too many or the wrong ones for a 29gal tank.
2 Percula Clowns - Excellent choice
1 Damsel - Good choice, but may be aggressive towards the clowns in such tight quarters unless you have plenty of live rock for all parties to hide/hang out in.
And here is where the good choices end. With the above 3 fish, you are getting close to the limit in a 29gal tank.
1 Cleaner Wrasse - Usually recommended for 30gal or larger tanks.
1 Zebra Moray Eel - (Pic is definitely a Zebra) Awful choice for any reef tank. Will quickly outgrow your 29gal. Are formidable escape artists if you don't have a sealed top. Will eat any snails, crabs, shrimp it can find (not good for your clean-up crew). I know they are cool (trust me I wanted one too), but they require a lot of special attention that most beginning reefers just don't provide.
1 Yellow Tang - Don't even think of putting ANY Tang in your tank. Will outgrow it in under 6 months. Most will tell you that a minimum 55gal tank for a Yellow, and 75+ gallon for most other Tangs. Tangs are active swimmers and need the room of a 4'+ tank to stay healthy and happy.
I would limit yourself to 4-5 small fish. Other good community fish choices would be Royal Grammas, Bangaii Cardinals, Chromis, and Blennies.
Just my $0.02 worth, but will help you avoid headaches or heartaches down the road.

I agree with what was said by canada west.
In your case if i remember you are doing FOWLR the reef safe doesn't apply, but the size does. I would deffinetly stay away from the eel and the tang, unless you are going to be upgrading the size FOR SURE in the near future.
