Yes, somewhat, different variation of melanopus are available, one of the most distinct pattern happen to be the variation from Vanatu.

Never and probably never will e available as McCullochi clowns are only found in Lord Howes and the rler there does not really allow much collection. The last known collection belong to a guy in Australia, he has 5 pair I believe, the black market price was something like $3000 "EACH"

Somewhat variation of the "saddleback complex" is available. The most common is the full black variation (take out the brown bottom part). Then the brown camel clowns (aka brown saddleback, which I have 4, I would say I saw them once or twice over the last year). The variation you post above (that is like a black saddleback with brown coloration, I have not seen in any of the GTA shops.
Good luck in clown hunting. Attached below is a picture I found sometime on the net with that saddleback coloration.
