View Full Version : Maxi Jet Suction cups

The suction cups on my maxi jets have given me a hard time in the last little while but I just noticed these magnetic holders which just might be the solution to falling powerheads.
Anybody carry these in and around TO? I attached the link below.

If you're using maxi jets they would have come with brackets that you can use to hang the powerheads over the edge of the tank, I use them and they work great.
If you need the flexibility of the magnets though then go for it.

ORG carries the larger suregrips - but not the 29.99 ones.

I just recieved a couple from mops today. I've already had one 1200 fall and create a sandstorm. I'm hoping ive corrected it and they will never fall again. I dont know why they bother including the suction cups with them. Mine barely lasted a couple of months before giving out.
