I have been house sitting for a few days so the lights in my tank were off, I came home today turned on the light and I saw this freaking wierd crab that I never bought? it body was the size of a dime it was white and brown. It was cool looking but the wierd this is that it didn't have pinchers it had little fingers that looked like feathers? sorta, Here is where I need the help other than the ID, I took a pic and a little video on my phone and I have no idea how to post it, Is there anybody that I could text it to and they could post it for me? Thanks alot you can call me at 519-209-4567 or just reply to this post!:cell: :bravo:

I can't make out anything in that 3-second clip. Way too short and not enough resolution.

Taking a stab in the dark but could it possibly be a porcelain crab?
They have fans but should also have claws.

Here's some info I grabed off the net just did a quick search.
Pom Pom Crab, Lybia tessellata, is a curiously comical aquarium addition. This Hawaiian native frequently carries a small anemone in each claw. There are at least two purposes for carrying the anemones. The first is a simple matter of defense. The Pom Pom will taunt would-be predators by shaking the anemones in hopes of stinging the invader into retreat. It also mops the substrate to gather uneaten food, thus creating a symbiotic relationship between the Pom Pom Crab and its pom poms. The anemone undoubtedly benefits by getting to eat its share of the treasure. Also known as the Boxer Crab, it is a hardy creature that grows to about an inch in length. Because of this small size, it is great for the mini-reef aquarium.
