red worm?

I was just looking on my tank and I see some type of red worm on the glass. it's about half inch long. I cant see it at a distance. it looks to have some kind arms growing off of it. here is a pic of it.

anyone seen anything like this?

dont grab it with your hands the bristles will stick and feel like glass fibers in your skin.
use a pair of tweezers ,carefully dispose of it.
