changed filters / Whats wrong ?

Hello, Is there someone that can help me figure out what happened ? 9 months ago I bought a aquasafe 6 stage ro/di installed it , worked perfect.then I decided to change all the filters ,DI ,and RO. Hooked up lines correctly and now after 48 hours the tank is not filling up /no water from spout , so I checked the water pressure which was at 42 psi same when it was installed ,next I removed the line from the ro to the di and threre was no water just a slight dribble, but there is waste water flowing into the drain. any thoughts?

Do you have the clear DI filter? If you re-connect it backwards you will get very little water going through.

Its the Clear type .But I think I solved the problem the manual flushing flow restictor valve was not in the 90 degree position to the line so i think i was just flushing the membrane all this time
