best lighting on a 125

i already have 2 10,000k and 2 blue actinic VHO lights,but i want to add metal halides/how many ,what wattage,and what kind should i use?i was thinking 3x400 w 10,000k with the blue actinics

im setting up a 120 right now myself 60lx26tx18d. im going to be using three 250's and some supplemental actinics. I don't believe 400's need to be used unless your tank is REALLY deep. Of course thats just me :D

Not knowing the tank dimensions, I'm gonna assume it's 4ft. in length or better and no deeper than 26inches. If this is correct my vote goes to 3 - 250 watt HQI pendants.
