LOA is not distributed in Canada.
We do have similar lights.

Menegarie downtown has a whole line of 65k CF screw in lights like that.

I used 3 of them for a few months before I upgraded

I think it was Kmart (or walmart) in the USA that had the fixture with the bulb on sale for 10$ at one time.
The closest I've seen in Canada (spectrum wise) can be found at hydroponic stores, but they sell for 90-150$. Wattages up to 125 or more. Seems the only issue with them is they get hot, and if you have them in an enclosed area they will burn out fast., so with a fan blowing over them they should okay.
