Does anyone know of a dealer here in Toronto (areaish) that carries the DI beads for the aquasafe ro/di filters?

Apparently most other companies use canisters but Aquasafe uses loose beads in a transparent canister - seeing as mine are turning (im about 40-50% through I would guess) yellow I was looking into a new set.

Thanks

Adam

Don't rely on the 'color change' as a true representation of the expiration of the DI media...the only reliable way is to test via a TDS meter.

The color change will usually show expired much sooner then it actually is.

I just swapped out 2 of the three filters (the sediment(white filter) & the carbon block (I should have bought two but I wasnt sure what was in the third chamber... doh)) and after running for about 10 mins my tds is reading "1". Im going to let it run for about another 40mins and check it again as I really shook up the di resin so it might be causing a bad reading.
