:bsmile: :bsmile: i have always wanted sea horses but alas they are so expensive. I found a place today that has gorgeous vivid yellow pipefish for sale and i have put two on hold. they are a mating pair. I am bring them home on Fri. Their tank has been set up for a few months, its a good job they seem to be a mated pair because the guy at the LFS couldnt sex them. :bsmile: Anyone that knows anything to help make their transition smoother, feel free to let me know.

I was told that they need a very good climitization. An hour comes to my mind. I was also told they wrap around one another when they rest at night. Post some pics.

You can bet on that. I went out and bought rechargable batteries for my camera, a new cable and i have put everything in the next near my tank. lol They are so adorable. I was thinking of calling the male cocheise, the female i havent decided yet. I was told it will take approx 3 hrs to acclimatize them. I will sit there for 5 if i have too. :bsmile: I am looking forward to when the baby sea horses will be large enough, the person i am buying the pipe fish has arranged for me to buy dwarf ones. I put the plants in tonight. My mantis was evicted and is in its own small tank now. All of the damsels but the one in a hospital tank are now in my husbands large tank.:bsmile:
