Started out from scratch with a 40 gal on Jan 21 this yr. Upgraded to a 75 Gal 20th of Last Month. Any advice would be great. (I want to swap out the skimmers for a good one).

75 Gal Reef
120 watts N.O. lighting - Antinics, Aqua-glo, 10k coral-life, 18k Power-glow,
120 watts Hologena lights for ripple effect.
MaxiJet 900, Powerhead 201, Prizm Skimmer (90 gal) and a SeaClone Skimmer, Ehiem Clasic 2215 filter with return spraybar, 200 watt Marineland Duo-temp heater, 120 lbs agronite (4”DSB), 160 lbs live rock Carib & Fiji,
15 Turbos, 12 Med. Blueleg hermits, 8 Lrg. Redleg Hermits, Emerald crab, Coral bannded shrimp, Peppermint Shrimp, Lawnmower Blennie, Serpant Star, Royal Gramma, Atlantic Blue Tang, Yellow Tang & a Maroon Clown,
Large Open Brain, Medium Colt, Candycanes (5 head), Blue, Red, Brown, and Green Mushrooms , Green Zoos, Frogspawn, Brown Moon polyps, Sea matt, Ricordia (5 green-pink, 2 Brown), Toadstool leathers, Yellow polyps colony, Green star polyps, Blushing coral, Purple Gorgonian (SeaWhip).

The halogens don't really have too good a rep in Marine Aquaria due to their spectrum.
Make sure there is no media in the Eheim and be sure to clean it out with a damp cloth on a regular basis as detrius will accumulate in it which in turn will create a myriad of other problems.
Otherwise everything looks in order.
If you're worried that your skimming might be under powered just feed lightly.
One last thing, if you plan on keeping the hermits, don't bother buying any more Turbo's.....they are an expensive way to feed your hermits.

well said dman. Also be careful of adding other shrimp with the CBS. I don't have any experience, but have heard that when they get established they can become very agressive towards other shrimp in the tank.
