Where can I get a T5 kit locally (GTA)

Anyone know where I can get a factory T5 kit locally....
I don't trust my own wiring capability so I am trying to find a relatively cheap 48" HO T5 kit.....
Ballast with harness and water proof end caps.

The wiring is not hard to do....I have acutally gutted a twin NO light strip and make modification to it....
The reason I want a factory kit is that in the event anything goes wrong, such as fire, the insurance company can't say I messed up because I wired the thing incorrectly....
