When you fire up those new lights you're going to have to get your fish some shades. That center brace shadow from your single light will be history.

OK so I fired the lights up tonight, they fired right up. The bulbs are 14K Sun Aquatics in there right now but I want to replace them with 14K Phoenixs in the future. Does anyone know if the Phoenixs will fire up with a pulse ballast? Thanks and enjoy the pic.

All DE bulbs need a pulse start or electronic ballast to work. You'll be ok.
Now show us the tank lit up with these puppies!

with those new lights and your newly acquired fragging skills, you're going have to setup another tank for frags :) :hail:

That's actually in the works Rob, I have a 50 gallon tank with fresh water fish in it now, whenever they all die off I am planning on converting it to a frag tank. My 24" MH pendant will fit over it nicely! I will use my coralife skimmer on it when I replace it with a better one on this tank! The fish in the 50 gallon are quite old so it should be soon, they are all 5-8 years old.
