View Full Version : New Tank is In!!

Picked up my 20g Starfire tank today, it's drilled in the corned and has an oveflow box with durso pipe. I can't wait to set it up... now I was thinkig since the oveflow box has enough room could I have a small refugium inside the oveflow box?? Put some chetos in there out of sight...? Or will this complicate things? I have a sump but i don't want to add extra lighting into the sump as space is limited.

Do you have a pic of your new tank? It would be nice to see it before anything is in it.

Will be postign pics tonite, also will be painting the back.

The tank was made by miracles.

Used normal Acrylic black spray paint, though you have to make sure there is no oil's or anything on the glass before painting(use paint thinner or some other solvent to get rid off any) Mine turned out ok but it has spots where the paint refused to attach as i missed to wipe it lol. You need a couple coats to really cover it so it's not see thru.
