Hi just a quick question....I'm thinking about getting a Banggai Cardinal. Was just wondering if it will get along with a Yellow Tang and a Coral Beauty. The tank is a 75 gallon with about 110#s of live rock.

Shouldn't be a problem, my B.C. doesn't interact with other fish at all.

should be fine with most fish. I have found that they tend to get on well if you have 2, but if you have more than 2 you can expect fighting

Actually Scott I'm going to disagree with you here. Unless you get a male and a female and they pair up, the dominant one will harrass the other till death. I've had a few that spent time in my refugiam to heal up trying to get a pair to mate.

possibly if you get 2 males, i currently have what i believe to be 2 females and they have been getting on great. I have also had a pair (male female) and they did well also. I can see how 2 males would fight.

I agree that could be possible that I had 2 males, I'm still having trouble sexing them. Hmm... that could be read a couple of ways! ;)

:uplaugh: too funny
They are a PITA to determine male or female. Its easier if you have one of each side by side. If both of their jaw lines looks the same then they are probably the same sex.
