John and Ezra, you are fantastic people and never cease to put the wants and desires of your customers first. You are always there with a endless supply of information, even with a newcommer. The information and help that you gave to me when i was starting my first tank and i came to you, looking for advisement about what i would need to start up was absolutely fantastic:bravo: :band:
i dont know what i would have done without you.

The LR that i bought was extremely full of live, coraline etc and all around beautiful. I could not believe it when i seen a tiny red orange baby star coming out of it, nor could i believe the tiny baby goby, the mantis shrimp i could have done without:archer: :budo: but it they taught me alot about how to create new traps, the rock flower anemone babies that were growing on it are getting pretty big but they now are looking for a new spot in the tank to live. I thought they were ill the other day when they simultaneously blew smoke through the tank fogging it for two days, when the dust settled i noticed red seed like substance laying around them and figured out what really happened. The joy of being new to this all.

This all being said, i think everyone who does business with you and has done business with you are aware of how great you are, how much you care about your customers and your livestock. We also love and appreciate your frequent sales. I for one salute you:hail: Joanne:hail: :band: :clap: :love2:

I second the motion. Great service with no excuses. agreed. they always go the extra step for their customers. How many places would trust their customers to pick LR out of tanks in a basement alone while their is other livestock around such as coral etc. They always go the extra step to help their customers to acquire what they want, no matter waht it is.

Kind of a good and bad thing. It's great customer service however it's not good when you have hundreds of hands going into the tanks. I've seen some people poorly handle beautiful Angels and stress them out getting them stuck in the net.
However, they are great people and mean well.

Yes they do. Although, when it came to the tanks i had been talking about the live rock, i didnt know that they allow people to net their own fish. That i have never seen, usually John, Ezra or their son do it.
