Group fish and Coral order

A good friend of mine, who did own a fish store (JC Aquariums in Kitchener) and still has some supplier contacts, is looking at getting a large group order together for fish and corals coming in from the Indonesia region. He was wondering if anybody in the club would be interested in joining in on the order for fish or corals. We will need a min order of 50 corals total from the group or groups interested. Not sure of the total list of stuff we can get, but if you are interested in anything let me know, I can find out the pricing and the availability.

Just as an example, a Juvenile Bi colour angel is something like $60 plus shipping costs. Clown fish range from 8-25 each plus shipping with the red and black Clowns at the upper end.

Corals are a wide range also, I might be able to get a list if there is enough interest.

I could be wrong on the price but that is what I thought he told me on the price. I was busy trying to get other information down also. If you are interested in a particular fish then I can find out an exact price on it and for you.

I am not asking for a commitment on the fish now, this just trying to find out if there is any interest as a club or cumminity to get a large order in to maybe save a few bucks. If nobody wants to participate that is fine with me. I just thought it would be nice to see if we could possibly save some money as a group. Right now, an estimate is $65 for the clown and something under $20 for the shrimp. Depends on the numbers we get but somethign like that.

That is with shipping if we get a box full. might be a little more if we don't but that will give you a ball park on the cost.

OK here is the status. I have a complete list of corals that may or may not be available. We are waiting on a confirmation of what corals they can get from that list.

As for the fish prices, checking on the availability of the fish requested and pricing and size of those fish. With the time difference it is taking a little longer then I hough to onfirm the availability and pricing.

As soon as I know you will know them.

Correction on date of order. Would like to place order on Monday with fish arriving on Thursday.

Terms: 50% desposit required.
DOA - you will get credit for fish for next shipment and do not have to prepay. ie. Fish is $20, you put $10 down and it is DOA. You can wiat for next order and pay the balance of the $10 or opt out of next order and loose the $10.
Substitues - if fish does not arrive or is substituted they either get a refund or have dibs on the subbed fish

Will set up a paypal account for this order, simplest way to do it.

I'm not looking for a miracle just clarification. You posted Laboutes wrasse and under it Lubbocki wrasses. Apparently that was a typo and you only could recieve Lubbocki wrasses. In that case you mean't Lubbocki wrasse and under it the price for males and females. Two very different fishes

Just for an update. The order was placed, but we only received 2/3rds of the order so we will be trying again in the before march break but it might be after to make up the difference in the order from what wasn't shipped this time.

I have already had a couple of people that want to get added in and I think we can accomidate them. If you would be interested please let me know and I will get the information to you.

Oh the order that did come in, we lost 1 Twin spot goby was DOA. I believe the rest of the people are quite happy with the condition of the fish.

One fish I've never seen locally is a threadfin or longspine cardinal, Apogon leptacanthus. I didn't see it in the list on the first page of the thread, but I figured it can't hurt to ask. I'd like to get a small group about 4-5. These are known to ship poorly though...
