My aquasafe unit has been producing massive condensation, leading to a large amount of water on the floor. This started when I was flushing the RO membrane. I left the unit flushing for about 7 hours. ever since then I have noticed more condensation. Any suggestions. Do I need to change all the filters.

How cold is the water in the system and what is the temp in the room you have the system in. If they arent alot different then you have a leak.

are you sure the flush valve closed??? check your water meter when nothing else is running it could still be passing water the valves on those unit's are kind of shady!

unit is under kitchen sink. The effluent lines have condensation, the influent lines have condensation, even the three filter housings have condensation.
Diemaker, I am pretty sure the flush valve is close.

My aquasafe also has some condensation on the first three canister filters. I just figured it was due to the temp difference. House stays at about 75-78degrees and I'm guessing the cold water in is a lot colder then my house.

I think the only solution is to run warmer water through the unit. I have the same one and have the same condensation problem. The room my unit is in is relatively warm and humid due to the sump and water heater.

I don't appear to have any dripping problems, just tiny bits of condensation. Was thinking of making a little drip tray with some extra acrylic I have laying around just as a precaution though.

Sorry Bryan, I haven't been home since I last posted and did not have specific values when I read your post. Thanks for helping me out on this matter. The approx. water temp is 14c, temp of kitchen 18c.
Another thing I noticed is the change in water noise when I am flushing the unit. Before I could hear water being emptied into the drain, now I don't.
