Hello,
Hopefully someone can help me. I've had live plants for a long time but i'm new to the Co2 injection thing.

I've just recently installed a DIY C02 injector. C02 is being produced in pop bottles (yeast/sugar/water) and being fed into my tank.
The airline in going into one of those gravel cleaner tubes which is attached to a power head. Basically it looks like this minus the bio-balls: (http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid71/pfe697559cdef941985339bc684d86635/fb878e09.jpg)

My problem is that the C02 is not dissolving, it bubles about 1 every 4-5 seconds, and is eventually goin to fill up the tube. The powerhead is strong enough to keep pumping the water down, without the c02 pushing up. So, does anyone have any idea why this could be happening and what can be done to make the c02 dissolve.

You're in the wrong forum and I get a 403 Forbidden page to see what you have set-up.

Assuming that you don't have bio-balls or media in the reaction chamber, you're going to need it. This creates a large surface area for water to flow around for CO2 dissolvation. IME, bioballs works the best with minimal channelling and detritus build-up.

That's all I got in the noggin with the info given...LOL
