Try including the quotation marks. "ASM" worked for me.

Unfortunately - the server software has to build a "Search Index" for everything that is searched for...and the fewer the letters - the larger the "Index" must be. The larger the "Index" - the slower the server is to respond - and the more stress is placed on the server due to the "Search Index" creating its own database for speed = and the larger the database - the harder it is to find the requested information.

Consider it like a search on your computer - if you have a 80GB hard drive, and have the search look over the entire drive - it takes a while. If you were to tell it to only look within the "My Documents" folder - then it would be much faster.

I have added "ASM" to the permitted search terms - so the next index will pull ASM into it as well. Otherwise - the settings require a minimum of 4-characters / maximum of 15.

Exceptions being:

DSB
DKH
Ca
pH
ALK
ASM Please let me know of other less-then 4-character terms that should be indexed - and I'll consider adding them.

Thank you,
