Adobe help with mapping pics.

I need your help if you are pretty keen on Adope
Photoshop....
I had computer crash a while back and lots of work done to it and now when I load pics through my
loader I cannot seem to map them to the Adobe
Photosmart for modifications etc....

Can you help?
If there is a number I can phone you at to
walk me through it that would be great

I am sure if I had someone that knew what they were doing this would be a 5 minute fix or less....

I have played around with it and cannot get the pics into the Adobe.....:angry: :but:
