Yes, they look like flatworms to me. Some types of wrasse like them as a food :) They are reef safe as far as I know but are not something that I like. Their number might increase rapidly, and when they are dying they are toxic. Do a search on flatworms and you will find lots of info.

Dragon Wrasse / Cleaner Wrasse / 6-Line Wrasse and Dragonet's would probably find these suckers tasty....
I'm not sure if the Dragon Wrasse is reef safe....

I only see them in my refugium.... I think my Dragonet takes care of any that make it to my DT.
