HelloLights Shipment

Just to inform everyone that the HelloLights shipment has been shipped to us from HelloLights.

There was a delay in shipping the order to us due to a few back-ordered items as well as the fact that HelloLights has contracted another company to fulfill their wholesale orders. Where as this was the first order we have placed with the new company handling the shipments...there was some red-tape to deal with.

We received confirmation today that the order did ship, and we should expect the items in a few days. We will ship out all ordered items as soon as we receive the shipment.

NOTE...the VHO ballasts are still on back-order, and are expected to arrive at the end of the month. On behalf of HelloLights and AquariumPros.ca, I apologize for this inconvenience.

UPDATE...

I was told today that the packages will be entering Canada on January 17th - and we will have delivery of the items on January 20th.

All items will ship out on the 20th or the 21st - depending on the time of day the items are received by us on the 20th.

when you say all orders, do you mean shipped to you or from the supplier? ballast kits aswell?

AJ said about this time last week he was picking up Monday (yesterday) so I hope this is the case. Its been a long wait for my order and I'm hoping to have everything set up by this weekend.
