Started a few months ago playing around with infared photography. You can really get some cool pics esp. after playing around with the levels in photoshop. For those that are not familiar with IR photography, it is capturing the infared or long wavelengths of light greater than 720 nm esentially the light we don't normally see on the red end of the spectrum. The photographs attached are of reflected IR light, to a certain extent what the world could look like to some insects. If anyone is interested in IR photography let me know. I haven't tried it on the tank yet but I doubt it would work as the MH & atinics are designed to emmit light at short wavelengths...hey maybee I should try some UV photography next
