I have a piece of LR in my nano with a lot of Bristleworms. They are careful to never leave the LR. I would like to find a way to get them out so I can relocate them to my refugium.:blob2:

Why exactly do you want to relocate them in your refuguim?? Bristleworms are helpfull for your sandbed and I have some in my rocks as well. They do leave at night after lights are out so if you must get them out do it then with some tweezers.
Personally I would leave them be.

Leave everything as is, they'll find there way down,... trust me.:blob:

As Theo said or temporarily place that piece of LR in the refugium. (if it will fit)

The problem is this. The LR is the focal point of my nano. It grows other things such as a brown plant (possibly Sargassum?) small feather dusters etc. There are many bristleworms in that rock. They only come part way out, and retract as soon as disturbed. I would like some of them in the refugium. Would a bristleworm trap get them out alive?

If you are set on getting the worms out the best way that I have found for doing this is as follows. mix up some fresh saltwater to a specific gravity of 1.030 or slightly higher. Remove the rock from your system and splash some of the new water over it for awhile. The worms will start to crawl out of the rock. Then just use some tweezers to remove them. Hope this helps you out
