Phosphate Pads

:confused: Hi i was wondering if anyone has ever used these Phosphate Pads? And if so do they work? And also is there a certain Brand that is better than others?

the hagen brand is the one most widely used... works wonders! but you really need to follow "dosing guidelines"... for the larger pads (for large aquaclear-like models) I think its around one pad for 40 gallons... the smaller ones do 15 gallons I think... dont skimp and they'll work.

They work great.. I used them on the frag setup and cleared the problem right up.. no problems with the corals when i used it
