Well i just finished and have had setup a new Custom buit nano tank. It is 7.5 gallons. I made the tank from a larger tank that was cracked. Then proceeded to make the bottom holder. I got creative and made a wave design in the wood. Then i constructed the hood which will house a PC light. This is currently under a 60 watt regular bulb just to see what it looked like lit up. .And so the cycle has begun...

Nice job on the woodwork. Looking sweet. What are you using for water movement and flow?

As of right now the only thing that i am using for water movement is an Aquaclear Mini . It definately has some good flow in there.

Thanks very much . I spent quite a bit of time out in the garage with no heat doing the bottom and top.

Well thanks for the kind words guys . I built the wood parts in my garage with no heat !! i practically froze to death out there lemme tell ya. As you can see some of the cuts could have been better but thats what ya get from a jig saw lol . It was too late to run any real noisy saws and i wasn't going to freeze another day out there doing it . So i went for the long haul and just finished it . From tank build to complete finish took me 12 hours to complete it totally. My wife wants me to set it up with a perc or somthing , low light corals etc . So im keeping my fingers crossed it will work out ok .

Very nice Flored, just one bad thing about the wave design it will be nightmare to clean the glass aroung that area.

I have already thought about that but Q tips etc work great for those hard to reach spots.paper towel and a butter knife lol . I'll be able to clean it for sure.
