When feeding your seahorses, we highly suggest PE mysis. This is a excellent diet supplying your seahorses with Omega3 fatty acids. When using this diet we suggest enriching your food with Kent Zoe. Thaw your mysis, rinse them in RO water, and then soak them in Zoe for awhile, the zoe will actually encrust the Mysis. Mysis shrimp treated in this fashion will stay in the fridge for up to 48 hours. Feed your seahorses once a day, 6 days a week. Because of the high fats in this diet you need to give their livers, a day off. Most seahorses require 3-5 adult mysis per day. Please forward any seahorses keeping questions along and we will do our best answer them.
