I decided to post this information to answer some common questions I have been receiving lately.
These are the Titles on the AquariumPros.ca Forums (http://www.aquariumpros.ca/forums/showgroups.php?s=) , and what they mean:
Administrator = The person who runs the forum - there is only one and that is me (ajx22 (http://www.aquariumpros.ca/forums/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&userid=1) ). Any issue that cannot be resolved in the end...should be brought to me.
Assistant Admin - People that are in the Administrator group - but not the final decision makers.
Super Moderators - These are the next people in charge. These people help run the forums when I am not around/able to do so. Should you have any problems/issues...feel free to contact one of the Super Moderators for assistance. Should you not be able to reach one of them or should there still be an issue...please contact me directly.
Moderators - Each section has Moderators to help with the day-to-day events on the forums. These people are just here to provide help and to ensure that all runs smoothly. If they find a problem...they report it to either an Admin or Super Mod to be reviewed and looked after. It it their job to make sure that there are no flame wars or other unwanted issues developing. They are not the rulers of the site as is found on some other forums...they are really only here to help me out and make sure that your visit to the AquariumPros.ca Forums is a pleasant one.
Members - everyone else throughout the site (may have different user titles). Should you feel that someone is overstepping their boundaries; please report it to a Moderator/Super Moderator.
I hope that this helps clear-up any confusion there may have been with the titles.
PLEASE - File any issues to the correct people - in the proper order. Start with a Moderator, and then if they can't assist - submit it to a Super-Mod - if they can't help you - THEY will report it to the Administration. Please follow the correct order, and your issue will be handled at a much faster rate.
Best regards always,
