If anybody feels like completely replacing their mail client, I've heard great things about Thunderbird's spam filtering. Best of all it's free:

I've been running Firefox (The descentdent of Mozilla browser) and it's popup blocker and security measures so far have blown away IE. If all my mailboxes weren't locked in a stupid proprietary mail client I'd probably switch over, too. :S
