I have a 12 gallon JBJ stocked with some corals, frags, anemones, crabs, shrimp, and snails(no fish at the moment). What is the best way to transport this tank for about an hour and 30 minute trip?

take rocks(don't konw how much you have but) and most of the water... put it in a IO salt tub and bag all the corals and shrimps in a ziplock bag(in the same tub... not the livestocks because rocks may cave in and kill the livestocks in process...)
for the tank, leave only few inches of water on top of the substrate... should not be too hard....
when transporting any livestocks in bags.... remember to leave enough space for air... usually about 1/2 water 1/2 air or more...
when you are setting it up... you'd probably replace about 20-30% with fresh water...

good luck

I agree with xexxxe,

The only additional problem I have had is in trying to leave the substrate untouched, you may have to leave some of your buried baserock, just be careful with that in transport as it can stir up your sandbed which may release some of the unwanted impurities... be wary of that when putting your livestock in after a w/c

good luck,

if you have nice coraline growth on your back glass keep it moist,
paper towel soaked in tank water and cover the glass. othervise it might die and turn white after.
